Hi all,

Finally, I got a chance to image with my scope again after two months of cloudy nights. I managed to capture some *.avi files of Saturn, then I spent some time to try my autoguider for the first time, but of course the clouds rolled in.

I decided not to use any filter to gather as much light as possible for my 5.1" aperture scope. I had to crank up the brightness in order to lower gain by a little bit. The images were stacked using Registax and processed using Photoshop. It feels good to be able to image again smile.

clear skies (please),

Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Very nice! Happy to hear you were able to get outside under the sky and do a little imaging. Keep up the great work!

Very nice Jefferson.

Interesting, how reducing the size influences the characteristics of the image.
