This was a sum of 4 frames at 30 minutes each...down & dirty no calibration and I pushed it somewhat... I'll have to reprocess... have some noise issues to overcome

That's very nice, Broose, but I would highly recommend using dark frames. You will see a quantum jump in faint detail pop out when you have subtracted dark frames from your exposures.
