Same here.....looks like he is going to be out of pocket for a while.....

I was wondering why we hadn't heard from him. I was sure something happened in the last few days that he could have "commented" on.   Private message hate mail shouldn't be tolerated which is what this thread is all about. I was a victim of it but at the time didn't want to make waves so I just let it go. Probably why I have a chip on my shoulder when responding to some posts. 

That said, we all better tone down the rhetoric around here or Herb might nuke the place.

Hi Greg, Jim, Brian, etc.

I'm starting to think that Rich might be gone from this forum forever.  When he was first banished, the private massages he sent me over the years were still available.  Now I get the message below.  Seems that IT is diligently scrubbing Rich's presence.  That has not been management's style in the past.  Still, I don't think anyone has ever before abused the management's hospitality quite like Rich did after the election.  The F bombs and such should never have been tolerated,  and I am certain that threatening other members via PM would be a bridge too far for any sane webpage owner.

I just looked myself, and sure enough you're right.  Not a big surprise, though.

In a weird twisted way it's too bad Richard couldn't control his behavior and learned to be a little less condescending and rude. We ALL tried to help him curb his habitual used of put downs and name calling but it always fell on deaf ears or in another personal attack. In order to have an interesting debate about issues you need to hear from all sides. Without any differing opinions there is no need for any debate.

That said, after the history I've had with him I'm sort of glad he's gone, but still would have preferred he was still here, but only with an adjusted attitude and demeanor. That wasn't ever going to happen.

It looks like every post he ever made is gone now. Darn it, now where am I going to look when I need an infant-level insult to add to my repertoire? 

His stuff was wiped once before several years ago and he was out for a few weeks.....might be the same this time or it might not lol
