Your item does'nt sell....Desperate Ad's

You know your desperate to sell when ads include:

1. Final reduction..
2, Today only..
3. Buying a house, need money
4. Reduced again, and again and....
5. Ad appears in different categories each week
6. This one wont last!
7. Wife force sale (may divorce me)..
8. Swap my 10" SCT for 85mm plus cash
9. Down sizing from...to....
10.Skies in this area of country not good..

"Final Reduction" doesn't have to imply desperation. I never sold an excellent 7mm Tak Ortho and 3x TV Barlow because for some reason other people just didn't see the value the same as I did, or maybe the timing just wasn't right. So, I hit my bottom price, didn't sell, and have happily kept them. Maybe people think because you're offering something for sale that you don't want the items. All it usually means for me is that I want to minimize my out-of-pocket on something I want MORE.
