Bummer! I like to spend my dollars in America. I get a warm fuzzy that my TEC160 is to be MADE IN USA, well, even if the glass does come from Japan.

Not that you'd give away a competitor's secrets, but
if you were to speculate on the possible glass types,
what would you say? Got any color correction curves for
this speculative design? (Of course, that assumes well
figured glass, etc...)

Don't be a tease! You've gotta give us more than
that. I realize that you may not be able to discuss
the actual design parameters, but maybe you could
give us your impressions of it's probable
performance, assuming good quality control. (IE
will it be CA free and contrasty)
