Damaged Unitron Case

Hi folks,

I have a Unitron 4"f15 ota case that also houses a guide scope, rings, etc. that was damaged in a car accident. I believe this was a 166 setup.

Any ideas on how to get a replacement case, or a reproduction made ?

Thanks !

Hi David,
You might take it to a local craftsman, a cabinet maker or someone like that, and see if he could utilize some of the parts to make a new one. If the interior parts are OK, then just the outer case is what you would need. If the hinges and stuff are OK, then that would be a little easier to duplicate.
You could also ask on the Yahoo Classic Forum where all the Unitron collectors hang out. That is where I found my 4" 152.
