Tele Vue Mars Madness rebate

It's indeed an insanely red mad kickback ;-)!

Please don't trample each other to the store/mailorder nearest you ;-).

As mad luck would have it, I happened to be imaging the "Eye of Mars" with the Tele Vue Mars Type B filter this morning ;-).

PS - Alas, I bought my filter too soon :-(.

Ron,
Yep, time is getting short and the inventory must be moved before the Red MAdness is gone. I think there will be some real sales going on in December and January.

What can I say Michael ;-). A picture is worth a thousand wordy reviews ;-)? Yes, I'm quite happy with my Type B filter. Beware, it may not be dark enough for large aperture telescope.

Here's a picture I took a month or so ago (my first Mars image ever ;-). It shows the difference between the Type B, #21 orange and unfiltered view. The processed view can do all sort of magic with processing ;-) (eg. reduce brightness/contrast, etc.) which the eye cannot :-(.
