5mm Eyepiece

I have been holding off buying a high power eyepiece (to be used with a TV102) because of the incredibly crummy weather here on the east coast. Even on sunny days the air is hazy making for poor to fair viewing conditions.

I'm torn between the 5mm University Optics HD Orthoscopic and the 5mm Vixen Lanthanum. From what I have read the Vixen provides much better eye relief while the UO provides greater contrast. If you had to chose, which one would you recommend?

The 5mm UO will give better throughput and contrast, but the eye relief is very tight and the exit lens is very small. The 5mm Ultrascopic is a bit better in that department and the contrast is very similar.
The 5mm Lanthanum is a bit low on contrast and does not have a bright and image. I sold my Lanthanums because of this. Some like them though because of the 20mm ER.
I just bought a 5mm Radian for $160 here on Astromart that I am hoping will be the ticket. 20mm ER and good contrast with 60° FOV. I have not had the chance to test it however, so I will do so when I get the chance.
I have the 5mm UO Ortho, 5mm Ultrascopic and the 5mm Radian that I will be testing against each other.

What about TV 3 - 6 mm Zoom?

I would suggest either a 5mm Radian or Nagler NT6; they're both a great match for the TV-102 ;-).
