18mm Radian vs. 19mm Panoptic?

I have a gap in my eyepiece lineup at 18-20mm. I've narrowed it down, based on reading and my experience with a 14mm Radian and a 15mm Panoptic to between an 18mm Radian vs. a 19mm Radian. Comments? Advise?
Thanks,
Steven

Scopes I have:
two f/5.5 scopes, a 10 inch newt and a TV-101.
TV-85 f/7
Celestron 90mm f/9 (and, yes, when it clears up I'll do some comparisions to see which one will likely be sold).
Tasco 60mm f/15...almost irrelevant to this.

The only thing wrong with censorship is [deleted].

The Radian only goes to the 18mm f/l, then the 19mm is a Panoptic.
I assume you leave off the 17mm Nagler due to the high cost?
The 18mm Radian would be very nice, but maybe the 19mm Panoptic would be better if you want a little more FOV. The Radian would be sharp edge to edge, but 8° smaller FOV. The panoptic would be a wider FOV with a slightly less corrected FOV in the f/5.5, but really very good even with that f/l.
What do you wish to view with the EP?

I had the chance to compare an 18 radian and a 19 panoptic a few years ago at the WSP. The 19 does have a slightly wider TFOV, but I found the 18 to be slightly but noticeable sharper, especially on planets.

So if your intended use for the eyepiece is primarily for widefield objects, I would get the 19 pan. If you plan to study smaller objects (planets or globulars or small galaxies), I would take the radian.

And of course, if you wear glasses, I would take the radian.
