i recently renewed my subscription but i have not been getting classified ads summary emails.. is there an issue with my membership?

OK, still confused. I just paid $60 for one year of red membership. I don’t understand why I’m not getting emails with the ads.

Seems like if you're just at the "purple" level you don't get ads pushed to you.  I must have missed the announcement that it changed.  I was wondering the same thing myself as I'm just at the basic "purple" level sub.  If you're not "purple" level then nevermind smile Guess I need to up my sub...no worries as I derive a lot of value and want to support the site.

i have been on astromart for 11 years.  i just renewed with 1yr red level.   i idon't know why they emails are not coming.

Actually you do.....as a purple level contributor you get them for 1 month......Then you fall back to standard member status ($15 a year) which does not have the option of getting emailed ads.

Well.....as I recall there have been the occasional situations where it was a system issue and the cure was to contact [email protected]

Usually though it was not AM's problem but instead the emails getting flagged as spam by the members provider and never sent to you or simply ending up in your spam folder (which you should check). There were a couple though I dont recall which (hotmail may have been one of them) that were notorious for it....
