not receiving classified ads emails

HI,

Happy New Year.

I am also not receiving any email notifications since mid-December from Astromart. Please remove me from the do-not-sent list too.

I'm in the same boat.  No emails since early December.  I've tried as many tricks as I can think of, including all the suggestions in this thread.  I even upgraded to the Red level, but no joy.  Please help!

I have not been receiving notifications for a few days now maybe a week and really see no reason or change.  I've been on here for about 6 years with the same address and see no reason for it on my end.  Will research further but do not see any block from my end or my provider which is Spectrum.

Some help please on Astromart's end?  I hate missing out on great deals

Same here Don. I am also on Spectrum in Rochester NY and got no email notifications since December last year. I looked at their other thread to check for subscription on here and mine is still valid until this May. 

I am in the same boot.  Everything was going just fine until I had a disagreement with Herb!  

Well, now things are starting to make a little sense.  I renewed my membership after a 10 year hiatus because I got back into the hobby and saw a couple of items that interested me.  I sent a seller 3 messages yesterday and finally got a response today.  Messaged back almost immediately (twice) and still no response.  Messaged another person about an item for sale and didn't hear back for 2 days.  I was getting ready to post and see if messages were restricted or delayed due to membership level but sounds more likely that the seller is not getting notification they even have a message.  Geez, seems a waste of time and money if buyers and sellers are not receiving notifications or they're delayed.  May as well swim with the sharks on Cloudynights and try to score something.  Over there the problem is responding BEFORE it's already been bought.  Good deals are impossible there, because hundreds of anxious buyers have their finger on the trigger like Ken Jennings on Jeopardy.

Case in point, just went to CN and an AT 60ED triplet was listed at a very good price just a few minutes ago.  I messaged to buy only 20 minutes after it was listed and it had already been sold.  You literally have to sit at your keyboard constantly refreshing the screen to even have the slightest chance to score a deal on there.  It's ridiculous.  Now I'm kicking myself that I was posting the above message, while I could've been on CN refreshing the page and possibly gotten the deal on the AT.  Geez, I just can't win!

Just in case this may help someone else, it seems at least one seller was responding to the email notification he was receiving from Astromart, thinking they were going to me.  Instead, they were going to [email protected].  Of course, item had already been sold by the time we both figured this out.  What a waste of time, sigh.

Alright, I just upgraded membership and should be getting emails for the next 3 months.  None yet.  "Do not send" list?

Did you go into your account settings and setup which categories to send?
