Any recourse?

I made a purchase on AstroMart, sent Postal M/O, & have heard absolutely nothing since the original agreement, despite e-mails, & a PM. Do I have any recourse, or do I just eat the loss?

Hi Carol,
How long has it been since you sent the money order? I will take 3-5 days for it to get to the destination. I have seen it take 6 days across country.
Emails can get blocked, but not private messages.
May I assume this is for the ad with a few things for sale and a different name for the account and rating?
The reason I ask, is that I have contacted someone recently that wanted money orders only.
