Revise an erroneous feedback rating

I gave someone deservedly nice feedback but somehow recorded zero stars instead of five - duh! I'd like to revise the rating but have been unable to find information on how to successfully do so - I tried to reply again to the same ad (per a previous thread on this forum) but it did not generate another opportunity for me to leave feedback.

Would anyone share with me the way to modify or delete/replace feedback for another user on a completed transaction?

Hi Paul,Look to the left on the screen to My Account,click on account menu,click on ratings I have given and you will see a delete "button" to the left and just delete it,if you send another want this on his or her ad you can rate again if you can find the ad.Hope this helps.
