NGC 281 is the first image taken with my new QHY 600 mono CMOS camera and Chroma 50mm filters. First time I have done CMOS processing ... definitely different from CCD. The image was taken with my Planewave CDK 17 from Foresthill, CA over several nights to get the RGB and the H-a and the OIII in between rain storms. No luminance was needed with CMOS ... just the RGB.
