It was a good night for both transparency (see my m27 image for same date) and seeing at this major midwestern city location. Although Jupiter and Saturn (see that one too) were not very high above the horizon at the 11pm local time at this latitude, the sky was quite steady, resulting in my best images yet for both. Starmaster hybrid truss dobsonian with 14.5" f4.3 Zambuto mirror to Antares 1/20-wave secondary to Siebert 45mm Black Knight binoviewer using only the 2x nosepiece on the OCA. Eyepiece on one side allowed for easy location and centering of the objects. ZWO ASI294MC Pro camera on other side. Imaged as SER video for 30 seconds total time at 62 milliseconds/frame for Jupiter, 78 milliseconds/frame for Saturn. SER videos processed through PIPP, then Autostakkert, stacking best 80 of the total frames for each planet. TIFF images then wavelet processed with Registax 6, then minor final crop/adjustments with Digital Photo Professional.
