Description
NGC 2170 is a complex nebula just to the east of the Orion "belt stars". This image was made with a Planewave CDK 17 and an SBIG 16803 CCD loaded with Chroma filters. 12 - 600 second exposures for the LRGB ... no NB. Taken from my observatory in Foresthill, CA during the month of February 2020.
