Copernicus and surroundings on 10-May-2014 from the Midwest USA. Weather fronts created variable seeing, so only the best 15 frames of 256 were selected manually by tracker.jar, stacked in Photoshop, and wavelet processed in Registax 6. Then the image was sheared in Photoshop to create the lunar orbital view. Inversion provides a unique view in a "different light", revealing features normally cloaked in darkness. Equipment: Vixen 102mm f9 Fluorite APO Refractor on Losmandy GM-8 mount. Imaging: 3x Barlow feeds a NET-USA 3iCube IC4133BU video camera operated via laptop.
