IC 1805, The "Heart" Nebula, an emission nebula in the constellation Casseopeia. It is the result of thirty hours of exposure taken with a QSI 540 wsg CCD, on an SVR90T refractor, using Astrodon 5nm Ha,OIII,SII and RGB filters. The image was inspired by and is dedicated to my father, Dr. Roman Nito Santiago, who passed away last week. He had the greatest "heart" of all.
