Description
Photographed using an unmodified Canon 40D attached to an AP155 refractor. This is a combination of two exposures: one at 328 seconds ISO 1600 and the other at 30 seconds ISO 800. The photos were processed in Lightroom 2.1 and blended together in Photoshop CS3. The cameras IR cutoff filter has blocked most of the pink colors in the nebula.
