This picture was taken on the Oregon coast near The Devils Punch Bowl and Newport with a hand held Nikon Cool Pix 5000 digital camera at ISO800. This is the view from the deck of the house we stayed at. It had been cloudy and raining for most of our stay but this evening it had cleared. My wife yelled at me to come and look, I think I see something. So I put my 20x80 binos on it and could see it was Saturn and Venus. Just a lucky sighting for me.
