Description
Markarians Chain of galaxies in the Virgo Galaxy Cluster. Luminance only image taken with an FSQ, STL11K, SBIG filter. 12 hours exposure (15 minute subframes), processed in Maxim with log-log stretch to bring out the weak smaller galaxies and show the extent of the giant ellipticals.
