Description
Image consists of 30 minutes luminance, 5 minutes red, 5 minutes green, and 7.5 blue. Each sub-exposure was 30 seconds in duration. This is the short exposure portion of a longer exposure M42. This one brings out the Trapezium, which gets burnt out in longer exposures. I was surprised the image came out as well as it did, given shortness of sub-exposures. SXV-H9 CCD, guded w/STV,AP 130 F/4.5
