Description
The equipment used for this composite image included a Takahashi Sky-90 at f/5.6, SolarMax-90 (0.7 Angstrom) Hydrogen Alpha filter and a Canon 30D DSLR at prime focus. Mercury can be seen at 2nd contact along with a number of solar flares, prominences and sun spots.
