This eagle is mad for a reason. Another, younger eagle had landed in its favorite tree. This eagle took to the air and made aggressive passes at the intruder to regain control of the perch. I shot the whole experience from start to finish. It was amazing. This took place in the Skagit Wildlife Area. Shooting date; Nikon D2H, Sigma 300 f2.8 and Sigma 1.4x teleconverter for 420mm focal length, 1/5000 sec, f4, exposure comp -1.0 EV, ISO 200.
