Description
Lake Sammamish offers many wildlife watching opportunities, especially in Marymoor Park. The Great Blue Heron is one of my favorite subjects and this is one of my favorite GBH photos. It is a panning shot made as the bird flew by me. This photo was made on a tripod with a gimbaled mount. Shooting date; D100, 800mm, 1/640 sec, f5.6, ISO 200.
