Description
I spotted this eagle along the Skagit River, WA. It was early in the day and the bird was wet. It was drying out and grooming its feathers. This is one of my favorite photos of the event. Exposure data is; Nikon D100, focal length 1150mm (800mm + 1.4x), 1/100 sec, f8, -0.5 EV.
