Seeing thousands of snow geese take to the air and having them fly over you is one of the great wildlife spectacles in the world, possibly rivaled only by the great herds of African game. To have such a spectacle in our backyard here at the Skagit Wildlife Area in WA is, well, Im speechless. This photo makes me think that the traffic on I-5 in Seattle isnt so bad.
