Ive been photographing a nesting pair of Ospreys in Marymoor Park King County, WA, in the same nest, for 3 years. I have quite a collection of photographs of Osprey behavior including nest predation by other Ospreys. This photo is typical of the aerial action around the nest. Exposure data; Nikon D2H, focal length 1600mm (Sigma 800mm f5.6 + 2x), 1/2500 sec, f5.6 (actual f11), Exposure Comp -1.0 EV, aperture priority, ISO 200.
