This is a portion of Simeis 147, a complex bubble remnant of a supernova. The entire structure is about 4 degrees across and quite dim. This a a portion of the structure taken as a test before doing very wide-field imaging of it in the near future. This is my first real image with new TOA-150 from Anacortes. Camera is STL-11000M with Astrodon H-alpha filter. Paramount ME guided with ST-402ME on a Tak FS60C. Latest (v 4.5) Maxim DL guided it perfectly. Six 30-minute exposures were processed in CCDStack, levels and curves in Photoshop CS2 and NoiseNinja cleanup.
