Description
This image was taken with an 8 inch Meade LX200, Meade f/6.3 Focal Reducer, SBIG ST-2000XM w/CFW-8a, Astronomik H-Alpha Filter. 6 images were taken at .4 second exposures through the Astronomik H-Alpha Filter. The images were then stitched together in Photoshop CS and levels were adjusted, along with a very slight unsharp mask to enhance detail. This is my best lunar image to date.
