You can unscrew the eyepiece holder from a Meade finder scope, insert the 2 inch to 1.25 inch eyepiece adapter, hold it in the hole with a piece of scotch tape, insert the LPI and slide in/out to focus on the birds at a bird feeder, or almost anything. So I went birding for awhile after I filled the feeder.
