Daystar 0.42Ã… Ha filter, Denkmeier 2x Magnifier, TeleVue 4x Powermate. Lossmandy G-11. This animation demonstrates the development of a flare. Magnetic field-lines runs perpendicular with the surfuce towards and away from the spot. The field lines traverses the spot creating an arc-over in H-a. Knots of matter can be seen moving along the field lines ending in an arc as it crosses the spot. http://www.mak-newt.com
