Description
This image was taken with my C11 (2800mm f/10, Starbright XLT Coatings) on my EM-200 mount with the Meade LPI (Lunar, Planetary Imager). The following was taken at prime focus and shows the 4 major Jovian satellites off to the west (left) of Jupiter (right to left ( east to west ) Calisto, Io, Europa, and Ganymede). 02/23/2004 22:56-22:58 EST 164 stacked images at .44 seconds / exposure. Note the stacking was done by the AutoStar Suite software that came with the Meade LPI to produce separate FITS RGB images. Recombined in Maxim DL. No other processing.
