The 1 shot of my life, i took this one, jeeze i think it was in late may or june of 2002. when comet Ikeya-Zhang was giving us a show, well there was a conjuction about to occur with the comets ikeya zhang and snider-mu ahead of casseopia just after it crossed m-31 of andromeda, which i missed due to clouda. the following weekend i set up my camera and aimed it at ikeya zhang to get one last shot off before it disappeared in the night shy and did a 35sec shot, i was surprised to find this on film, the comets were atop eachother as you can see. I had thought it could of been a flaw, cause no ones that lucky. i sent this shot and negative off to be confirmed and , yes, these two comets did in fact cross paths. I looked throught out the net for another photo like this someone else may have taken, but your looking at the only record of this crossing in the new england skies on film! This was the last shot in my camera, so i had a reason to doubt it!
