New focuser on Ranger

Can a new "better" focuser be put on a Ranger? A 2" moonlite crawford for example, giving the working equilvent of a Pronto. Are there other choices out there? 2" not required would be happy with 1 1/4" only.

Hi Scott,

For the price of a new focuser you could spend a little more and get a used Pronto (as Michael said).

Besides, do you really want to alter one of Al's scopes? I don't think that it is a good idea. It would be like adding new strings to a Stradivarius.
