The 5D MkII runs about $2500, full frame. The 7D is the better choice of the two you have listed (I have both).

When we attended the Michigan Notre Dame night game at Michigan stadium season before last there were police snipers on the luxury boxes watching the crowd. With 114,804 people in one place it certainly is a target. Times have changed. Back when I attended you could drink anything you could carry in, including kegs. Now you can't bring in a bottle of water.

oldies but goodies

Great films. The fears of the time really shaped the movies. I'd add Invasion of the Body Snatchers to your list.

Few of the later remakes were significant improvements over the oldies, with the exception of The Thing. The 2011 remake with Kurt Russell was a good movie IMO, haven't seen the 2011 remake.
