I am not really sure what this is.
I think it is a young Bald Eagle,about 2 to 3 years old.
If not what is it.

This is a 1st for me adult Bald Eagles this time of the year here.
In an earlier I posted a young Bald Eagle about 2-3 years old,which is rare here also.
They have been seen in Winter and early Spring around here but I haven't heard of an in the Summer.
There were 2 of them flying together I could only get the one. Lucky to get this as I was heading back to the boat dock and trying to stop a boat and take pictures is quite a task.

I took this one back in March 2007,
skies were about a 7.
The 1st one is the original scan,2nd one is cropped and adjusted slightly.
Scanning was done with a Epson 3200 scanner.
This is a 45 minute exposure on Kodak E-200 film.
AP 6" 155mm refactor,with field flattener,Pentax 6X7 camera.
