Nexstar 114gt goto mount capacity

Hello,
Costco is going to have a sale on this telescope in the fall. I'm thinking of buying it just for the goto mount to use with my Vernonscope 80mm (-4#s). How much weight can this rig handle and would it make sense for $149?

Hmm....one of the more interesting items on the Clearvue site is the "our (Antares) version of the Zenithstar 80" which even uses a picture of the Williams brother's scope! Does anyone get the feeling that importers of Chinese scopes are soon going to be tripping over one another?

I can't believe anyone hasn't mentioned the small Questar! This is still my dream scope after 30 years. How could one resist the leather case with velvet lining... The pure elegance and craftsmanship? I wonder if they used "Corinthian" leather in those cases.

Why would someone need ANY time to get their act together for Paypal (unless they have direct banking)? Most people do it with credit cards.

I can't believe I did it!!!?? shocked Even after reading all these threads and with much experience under my belt I committed to buy a pair of Siebert 15mm Ultras for $130 from a no rated no postings seller. Any body familiar with a John Stewart in Conestoga, Penn. ? Floyd,I am trying to get a phone number to talk to the guy like you recommended.
