Leaf Bug?

At least he looks like a leaf! Nature's camouflage at its best.

Can someone give me the full name of the Kodak E200 film that is so popular? Is it the Elite Chrome 200?

Thanks,

Mars and AVI files???

Posted By Robert Watters

I keep hearing everyone that is imaging Mars say they pick the best ___ number of frames out of ___. My question is what software is everyone using that allows them to view and pick individual frames out of an AVI. file?

Thanks,
Robert W.

Here is a shot of the Cocoon nebula I took at Astrofest this past September. Anybody that attended Astrofest this year knows we had 3 beautiful nights and this one was taken the last night there, which was probably the least transparent night of the weekend. Skies there are not the best for imaging but I gave it a go.

2 frames @ 40 minutes each with a Pentax K1000 on Kodak PJ400. 80mm F5 piggybacked on a C8 and G11 mount.

Female Downey

Both a male and female are frequent visitors to my back yard feeders but I haven't got a good shot of the male, yet.

It's been a while since I've taken and posted any but I always check in to see all the great photos posted daily.
Here are a few recent ones.

I don't know why but this guy and a coulpe of others are quite a bit more vibrant in color than they have been.
