What is sad is if that guy is not legit, than he will clear the house etc... Did you get by a chance to download the other pictures from his website ? I guess most of the stuff can be cross checked to missing items in police records.. If he cleaned the website in the meantime, maybe the ISP has backup of his site from past days..
