Operation Desert Storm, Afganistan, 911 and the new Department of Homeland Security, The Moon race, all of NASA, all the intelligence agencies , Iraq, all the Bush bailouts of the Banking system.

In short all Federal Spending excluding Social Security and Medicare to reach a debt of 5 Trillion.

An irrational Congress approved budgets doubling the Federal debt (not including Social Security and Medicare) and they were signed by Obama.
