I have completed a couple of sales and am not sure how to give ratings. It has been a while since I gave or received ratings. Do I have to wait for the buyer or can the seller (me) initiate ratings?

As the seller, I received a rating for a recent transaction and want to give the buyer a rating, too.  However, I cannot find where to do so.  I believe that in the past, a 'ratings received' would provide me a prompt to give a reciprocal rating.
