I'm thinking about purchasing a better planetary ep for my Orion XT10, 4/7 dob but don't want to break the bank.I was thing about the Antares Elite Plossl series but heard pro's and con's about him. I thought I would post this and see what you guys come up with. Two head are better than one. I welcome everyones advise and outlooks.

Thanks..Chuck

Philip, We should start a club up because I seen the same thing with my XT10. I tryed many ep's and found my Orion 8mm Stratus gave me the best view of Mars that night. There is nothing wrong with your scope, just conditions. On a few good nights I had my scope up 400x viewing Saturn, but it rare to get a good night like that.
