I have a Polaris Drive Controller for my CG-5 mount that needs both cables replaced. The cables look like the kind used on telephones. The problem is that the plastic clip that locks and releases the cable from the motor has come off. Any ideas on how to replace or fix it. The model # of the hand controller is 93820. I like using it because it uses only one 9 volt battery. Anyhelp appreciated.

Does anyone know if the Skywatcher dob can be used without the OCS if you expand the eyepiece height just long enough to account for the extra 4-5 inches of travel needed for the binoviewer? Also, does the tube seperate from the base with ease?
