Whats up with this deal?

I'm new to astromart and on the second purchase I made, for an eyepiece the seller and I agreed on a price (his asking price) we exchanged addresses and away I go to purchase a money order. Later that night I get an email from him saying he was out using the eyepiece and decided it was no longer for sale! What up with this? What kind of feedback should this guy get? Is this normal at astromart? I think it stinks!

Opinions: Best finder for a 8" SCT?

I would appreciate any thoughts on the best finder scope for a 8" SCT in a $100.00 to $200.00 range. I'm at a loss picking on out. I'm probably lucky I found the on button on this computer.

Who makes Nexstar OTA adapter mounts?

Does anyone know who makes adapters to mount different OTA's on a Nexstar 5 - 8 mount? I know I have seen seen them, just not sure where. Thanks for your help.

MK-67 focus question

I'm hoping someone can answer a question for me, I just acquired a MK-67 150/1500 and when I put a 2" to 1.25" adapter and 1.25" diagonal in the focuser, I had to hold the eyepieces I tried several inches above the diagonal to achieve focus. If I switch to a 2" diagonal can I expect 1.25" eyepieces with an adapter and 2" eyepieces to achieve focus or will an extension tube be necessary?

A thought about collimation

After about a year of dinking around with my C8 (96 vintage) and considering selling it, I finally hit fine collimation. Wow, very impressive. The difference from a little off and right on is amazing. It's a keeper.
