Paid for featured ad, disappeared a day later?

I paid for the $10 featured ad when I listed my telescope. I looked the next day and the ad appears to have been deleted. It's not showing in "My Classifieds" now. I sent a support e-mail but haven't got a response. Somebody please help.

I also posted a featured ad, but mine completely disappeared after a day. It's been a couple days since I posted for support and sent to e-mail support and still have not gotten a response. I've been charged $10, but my ad is nowhere to be found.

Any help? I sent an e-mail request ticket days ago and haven't got a response. I don't want to re-list and pay another $10 to just be deleted again. Please advise. Thanks.
