LOL! Trump Fined $355 Million/Barred From Doing Business In New York For 3 Years!

In your words, its a "No brainer".

smile
Are you including all the contractors he stiffs in that number?

By the way, there is a GoFundMe page set up to help him pay these unfair fines.  Are you donating to it?

What a coincidence - he's dead last on my list, too!

I could not agree more.  I'm disgusted with what the GOP has become - little more than a buffoon-worshipping cult (an orange buffoon at that).  Maybe time for a 3rd party that kind of resembles the GOP of old?

What adjectives can one use to describe the train wreck that was the State of the Union address, given by the dumbest President ever to sit in the oval office?

LOL!!

Trump is leading in every poll now against Joe Biden and 10% of Dems are saying they will vote for Trump.

De-nial isn't just a river in Egypt. smile

Loon in Texas:  The economy is excellent

The Economy is excellent??  By what econometrics?  The ones that ignore Housing prices, the cost of mortgage rates at over 7% on average, food prices up by nearly 50%, and energy costs through the roof?

The price of a new vehicle is now over $47,000 on Average!

How much were they when Joe Biden took office?  New car costs have gone up by about 20% and they are going up every day with this highest inflation in 45 years.

Under Trump inflation went up on average 1.5%.

Now then, the one good thing is that remodeling costs now are SO insane that I'm getting every job I bid on, and I have people waiting, and I've increased my labor costs by 2-fold.

Credit card debt is over $1,000,000,000,000 for consumers in the US, record levels because people are using their credit cards to survive, and morons like yourself think this is GREAT??????

Are you an economic illiterate?   LOL  tongue
See how inflation works? LOL

What are your eclipse plans?

Also, that evening, with any luck at all, we will get to watch Purdue win the Men's NCAA basketball Championship.   That would really tickle dad and thrill me!   Should be a great day!

Last, don't forget that you are all invited to my mountain observatory in Colorado for the total eclipse of August 12, 2045.  We are right off the centerline and have bedrooms and tons of camping space.  5 Minutes and 11 seconds of totality, and August has great clear skies most of the time!  As I mentioned a couple years ago, Richard's attendance is mandatory, assuming he mellows a bit with age!   Jim
Very bad idea. He brings a big black cloud with him everywhere he goes.

That said, I value civil dialog and intelligent conversation.  Life is too short to wallow through potty-mouthed screeds.  So from here on out I personally will not ever reply to a post by anyone that uses gutter language, overt swearing, over the top insults and the like.  For whatever reason, Herb has chosen not to enforce the TOS language and decorum rules in this forum.  So Richard keeps pushing his threads and posts across the line into uncharted regions of vileness and juvenility.

I'm happy to engage with Richard or anyone else if they post in a civil manner.  Otherwise, I'll ignore any and all vile and gratuitously insulting posts.  I encourage the rest of you to join me.  Jim
I do favor ignoring him altogether, because reading almost any post of his means wallowing through potty-mouthed screeds, gutter language, overt swearing, and over the top insults.  Sadly, I have not been 100% successful in my endeavors.

I think your political point of view is extreme right wing-libertarian, to the point where both parties offer far more government that you would prefer.  You simply do not trust any aspect of the government.  You want far less regulation, far less taxation, strong national defense, and you demand an air-tight border to the extent possible.   You despise Republican spending policies, but you think the Rs are more aligned with your point of view than the Ds.  So you vote R even though you are not an R.

You know that Trump has significant character flaws, but since you believe Biden is an abject criminal profiting freely from his own graft and corruption you think Biden is orders of magnitude less fit than Trump to be president.

You despise DEI, wokeness, and the "smug bastards" in academia.  You know they despise you too.  Therefore you see Trump as a pugilist on "your side."   You see the world as a dichotomy where no one left of the far right has any legit policy positions whatsoever.   You personalize this to the extent that in your view every political figure left of the far right is objectively evil.  In addition, this causes you to view every action taken against Trump as a witch hunt.

Because of this, and because you are simply an unpleasant guy, your rhetorical style is extremely hostile and rife with cursing, name calling, mockery and the like.  You regularly deal in logical fallacies or outright deception.  You just ignore it when you are proven wrong.  You have no interest in dialog, or making friends with fellow hobbyists.  You have no interest in understanding the positions of those you disagree with.

Frankly, your political position is no problem.   Your rhetorical style is.   It is a total deal breaker for any reasonable discussion.   Reasonable discussion is not your thing though.
You forgot to include his charming homophobia and misogyny traits.
