Birch Tree

Posted By Brian McFarland

One cool thing about birch trees is you can make syrup from the sap, just like sugar maple. I have some I picked up in Alaska several years ago while there on a trip to watch the northern lights.  It's tapped and boiled just like maple syrup, and it's pretty good.

It's truly insane. Everyone ignores his endless screaming posts about ______(fill in the blank), so he tries to shift the topic of those posts to a thread about a plant (of all things). LOL. If he honestly thinks it's a victory because he's ignored again, he doesn't know the meaning of the word.

What's it been now about 10 years of you getting on here making claims that all I do is scream, holler, and call names?

Yet every single time you're challenged you fail miserably.

Your postings seem to never ever amount to one iota of substance, but rather you just complaining and making all kinds of nonsensical posts.

I mean at this point in the game, I want to ask did you simply major in the subject of failure either in high school or college because I will admit that you are awfully adept at it.

But then I suppose that Birch trees and their sap might be the one and only subject that you have any intelligent knowledge to put forth on this forum, so no wonder you're happy that finally after years of others getting the best of you, you can finally speak on a subject of which you don't come across as a complete and utter moron.

So that's something to be proud of, that you can wear as a badge of honor.

I would suggest that you savor the moment.  In fact I'd urge you to hold on to it like GRIM death, because It is likely you won't have another ever in life.  LOL!    smile
Let the meltdown continue. LOL

Light Pollution Update

Well, our efforts have borne fruit.
The county of Los Angeles delivered 10,500 notifications in form of a nicely-done brochure on the requirement of an ordinance designed to reduce light pollution in the target area. See attached images. Additionally, the county just released a video regarding it on youtube and the county channel. This was shot at the Griffith observatory and includes me and others who I recruited to join in the effort:

That is really great - well done!

I do this because I want to be the first on the list before the lefties come running as soon as they see this post so that they can get out their pom poms and slobber all over you and give you high fives, that are certainly coming your way!

Congrats!  I'm going to have a Bourbon and Coke to celebrate and I don't even drink.

I can't wait to see the responses soon to get here.  smile

I saw that - pretty cool.  Russia seems to be failing at pretty much everything these days.

Right, he's from the NY and Jersey area, has been in real estate for years, was even in the casino business in NJ and has never heard those words before? Bullshit.

There isn't anything this clown won't lie about. In his booking documents (supplied in advance by Trump himself) in Fulton County, Georgia, he claims to be 6'3" and 215 lbs.  That sounds kinda like Muhammad Ali back in the day!

McConnell freezes again in front of the cameras

Yeah, Biden's too old. Right, and McConnell freezes for the second time for 30 seconds at a Kentucky event, but he's just fine and dandy. He's blocking replacing Dianne Feinstein on the senate judiciary committee if she resigns, but he appears to be in worse shape than she is and if just fine to do his job.

I'm getting a little pissed at all of these fossils on both sides hanging on to power just for the sake of hanging onto power. I think Biden is too old, too, but he's in a different spot than these ancient senators and congress folk. 70 should be the mandatory retirement age for politicians. If you still want to work after your public service and are able to do it go for it. Just not on the federal payroll.
Totally agree. I never understood the desire some people have to work until they're dead, despite their obvious deterioration.

Nothing wrong with a mandatory retirement age.

How can you watch that?  He sounds like a character from the Squidbillies show, only not nearly as funny.
