I don't have any info other than the link. I ordered the upgrade myself. It asks for Elements serial number and after you enter the number, it puts CS in your cart for $299.

Skimmers

This group of photos were taken with a C-5 prime focus to a Canon 10D. Shutter speed was between 500-1000, f/10, 1250mm. C-5 was resting on a dock rail and a monopod held the weight of the camera.
I took advantage of small depth of field on this shot.

News toys on the way

I just ordered the Bogen 3021BN with 3275 mini gear head. I also picked up a used Pentax 80 ED spotting scope. Thanks for the numerous recommendations over the last few weeks. Can't wait...

Green-winged Teal

Received the Pentax 80ED today. These shots aren't from it. I don't have any adapters yet. Anyways, these birds looked great through the spotting scope. Kinda far for my Canon 300mm + 1.4x combo though.

Headless Pelican?

What would do this? The only birds of prey I've seen in this area are Caracaras. It is possible an Osprey passed through. I also saw a decapitated seagull in the same area. Does anyone have any ideas? What's up with this?
