I did see that. In fact, I remarked that the cabinets looked somewhat similar to some large DBX speakers I had years ago.Originally Posted by James Brown

You must have been on vacation when Rich posted a very humanizing picture of himself along with some photos of cool art-deco speakers he is making. It was his quinquennial attempt to be civil to (and connect with) the folks who post here.
(Yes, I had to look up quinquennial!)

Partly. I mostly just want to send the message that the Trump/Boebert/MTG/Cawthorn/Gaetz/Gosar clown show needs to end. Sadly, nobody is listening.Originally Posted by James Brown
This is a sad tale Russ. I expect someone like Richard to define "conservative" without any reference to conservative principles, but not your spouse who is obviously intelligent.
How did Trump pull this off? As Jim M. mentioned, no one thinks Trump can win nationally against anyone the Ds care to nominate, given that he has lost a sizable chunk of his 2020 support with the big lie, and picked up little if any new support. He can, apparently, get the nomination though (I sure hope not, but still...). Former Rs like Brian are demanding a complete annihilation and party re-birth before they will consider voting for a conservative candidate. I am happy to vote R for candidates I like (who are not Trump) but hey, recently they have all lost. Maybe this is just the process the Rs (or the successor conservative party) have to go through to atone for the sin of electing Trump. 40 years in the desert, or something like that...
Jim
p.s. I'm guessing here wrt Ms. Carroll, but a lot of conservative Christians threw their vote to Trump because of one issue - abortion. Trump delivered more or less. It is a thin victory nonetheless, because people still seek abortions and many states are assuring access to abortion services. The most dramatic and of course most predictable result of the Court overturning Roe (and I agree with the legal reasoning applied by the majority) was to move this issue to the political front burner much to the detriment of conservatives.

You forgot to mention Hunter's laptop, Hillary's emails, or the fact that recent conversation about aliens are secretly designed to distract from Biden's something-or-other. HahaOriginally Posted by Richard Davis

You mean the way you and the rest of the leftists and the RINOs here on the forum just laugh off the 10s of Millions of dollars that is being uncovered in the Repubs uncovering of Joe Biden's massive corruption for at least the last decade?
You and the rest oif the left just pass it off and ignore it. When has our resident RINO even dared to address it? Oh, wait a minute, You and He never will, nor will anyone else on the left here address what appears to be the biggest money laundering and corruption schemes by a sitting President that this country has ever seen.
All we'll get from either of you, is a passing glance and thought and a "What a bunch of BS, You have NO proof!!" as an answer provided by our resident communist here.
The Resident RINO here might offer up a flippant "If it is true, it is concerning, however I find it hard to believe".
I guess it is Too bad that not one of you has any interest in looking into the scandal, which is why I called it willful blindness.
Funny how He, You, Russ, the communist and the others on the left here simply ignore this massive scandal by Joe Biden who has seemingly profited to the tune of 10s of Millions in his and his family members pockets,
So then Is that what you're saying when you give your attempt above to chastise Greg and myself?
Care to tell us what the 20 Plus shell corporations that were set up by Biden's family were for?
Were they manufacturing something? What were they in place for? Were they laundering money through them?
Care to address the 150 Plus suspicious activity reports that banks documented about Biden Inc. transactions?
Would you like to for once, address what appears to be massive corruption, or is that inconvenient for you to look at?
P.S. I've never heard of Mr. Chesebro before this posting. Had you? Had anyone? So what is HIS tie to Donald Trump? Was he in communication with Pres. Trump?
Sounds like another NY Times looking to find a connection to Trump but I can't read the NY Times because I don't subscribe and I won't pay for access to their stories.

You must be lying. Richard read it on the internet so it has to be true. Just like the alien conspiracy thing that Greg read. LOLOriginally Posted by James Lacey
The 20-plus shell corporations claim is total hearsay. It all comes from comments Republican James Comer made back in July during a house committee meeting. Since then, there has been zero actual evidence coming forth. Like I've said before, wake me up when the federal and state indictments are starting to be unsealed. Until then, it's just all rumor and gossip from the Republicans. Even Comer when pressed for actual evidence of crimes by Biden has admitted he has none.
